Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: SALE PRODUCTS

Notwithstanding anything contained in LUXORA MONARCH'S general Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, the following conditions shall apply exclusively to Sale products:

  1. Returns and/or exchanges shall be permitted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

  2. No return, refund, or exchange shall be permitted for reasons including but not limited to:

    1. change of mind,

    2. size or fit issues,

    3. color or style preference,

    4. incorrect ordering by the customer, or

    5. delivery delays attributable to logistics partners or force majeure events.

  3. All manufacturing defect claims shall be subject to LUXORA MONARCH internal quality inspection and approval process.
